I'd like to see any one of you get up in front of that church and speak for 20 minutes....you'd be rambling too. The guy is not perfect but with all that fame its sure to mess with anyone. He actually seems to be doing well. Let's not forget how cocky and different he was when he 1st came out...its his personality. Its so easy to just label him crazy so you feel better about yourself.

God is not against his servants and children being rich, if that was the case He would not have caused Job to be so rich that he was the richest man in all of the East or blessed Isaac so much that he became so rich the Philistines became jealous of his wealth.
Jesus was adressing that particular man about his heart
and his love for Him. God was going to restore his wealth back to him like He did to Job.

After Job lost everything because of the devil, God restored to him everything he had lost and He made Job every richer than he was before.
This idea that God is against His children and servants being rich IS NOT SCRIPTURAL!

This is cannot be referring to spiritual poverty. Jesus Christ is God Almighty in human flesh, He was not spiritual poor. This is referring to financial riches.

God's biggest wish for me according to the Bible is for me to prosper, yes this includes being rich, to live in health and to prosper spiritually. It's in the Bible.

The principles to be rich are in the Bible. Many of the richest people in the world apply these very principles in their lives and they have become rich as a result but sadly Christians remain poor because satan has deceived them into believing that being rich is evil.
